Gavin Chen founded AI365Pro with a clear vision: to help Australian businesses survive and thrive in an increasingly challenging market. He has been a member of the Australian Computer Society (ACS) since 1997. He holds a Master of Information Technology (1997), awarded through Australia’s first MIT program, where he was the first Australian recipient of the degree. He also holds a Certificate III in Entrepreneurship and New Business.
With a background in cloud architecture, software development, and AI application development, combined with years of experience in machine learning and natural language processing, Gavin brings both deep technical expertise and practical business acumen, positioning AI365Pro at the forefront of business technology innovation.
